Arrival in cinque terre

It was a long journey but we made it! Ahh, to be here is amazing. This might be my favorite place on the planet!

Here is the view of the water from our attic common room.


Since we were starving from our 5 hour train ride, we stopped for dinner. I had the pesto pasta and jay had the seafood spaghetti. Mmmm



Here is a night view of the town from the jetty. Pics aren't the greatest on his iPhone and I forgot my camera.



Then some fire throwers showed up and put on a show.



And of course, our nightly gelato.
